Anyway you can make another version to remove the sfx and the animations? I have yet to find a mod that removes the animations and they are killing my perforce when adding points to perks lol. I may eventually get around to making a mod that does this myself at this point.
I thought this would remove that ghastly screech that you get when you enter the perk menu after leveling. I was so happy I found it, but sadly, it only removes the less annoying sounds.
Just to be clear, these are the noises it gets rid of: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hnRKjS95IJM
I didn't add specific instructions, but it's a pretty standard install. Nexus Mod Manager should handle all of it for you, or here is a manual installation guide: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/news/12650/?
To install manually, basically you just need to: * Extract the archive (with 7zip http://www.7-zip.org/ ) into the fallout 'Data' directory (by default, C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\Common\Fallout 4\Data ) * Edit Fallout4.ini (by default, %USERPROFILE\Documents\My Games\Fallout4\Fallout4.ini ) and make sure that the 'sResourceDataDirsFinal' has at least the following (can have more from other mods): sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, SOUND\
