   This mod also Works as a direct patch to Nac X Legacy edition. Just merge this into Nac. worked perfect.

   it doesn't work, i installed it with Vortex mod manager, its enabed but i can still see the rain splash

   Oh my god you are a savior. Played with NAC X installed for the first time yesterday and got so annoyed over these, that I removed Wet Effects thinking it was from that (obv haven't tested since I removed it). Now I know where it's from AND I'm able to get rid of it. Thank you!

   This helps so much. Is there a similar mod to fix the same effect for the fog? It's very distracting having a disc of fog under my feet that moves when I move. It's at least present in the "foggy snow" weather.

      They are just textures, they do not adhere to the loading order.

   Thanks, works like a charm.
   Leaving the safe and looking at the sanctuary, I noticed the rain splashing on an imaginary floor, I immediately remembered this mod.
