Thanks, works like a charm. Leaving the safe and looking at the sanctuary, I noticed the rain splashing on an imaginary floor, I immediately remembered this mod.
As with many others I'm sorry to post here but I have a question related to NACx rain and this seems like the right place.
I'm looking to remove the rain effect that looks like water droplets running down the screen. I've been trying like crazy to find the relevant ini setting, or setting in the in game NAC menu but i can't find anything that removes it.
Have any of you NACx splash haters found a way to remove that lame lens effect? I hate effects that make it seem like I'm looking through a camera and this one is particularly annoying.
Late answer and not sure if this would be your answer, but I use Reactor ENB and theres a setting in the ENB menu that has that effect whenever it rains. I believe the Description page or the pinned FaQ comment shows how to turn that off.

Now we just need a fix for the console command interface's background being gone (very hard to see commands).
Install Better Console. the background is back and of course now has all the goodies that the mod brings
