About this mod

It's a DEF_UI HUD preset, all the important HUD elements are grouped into a single part of the screen, making it easy for players to just quickly glance at it to get the idea of how much HP or AP left, and the compass also sits above it, so, handy in intense firefight situations

Quick Hud (A DEF_UI Preset)
First and foremost, as it goes without saying, you're gonna need DEF_UI installed if you wanna use this preset. Head on over there and get it first : DEF_UI

All of the important HUD elements are grouped together at the same part of the screen, making it easier for players to digest everything in even at a quick glance, hence the name.

The important elements are;
HP bar
AP bar
Ammo and Grenade count
Compass (Landmarks, Enemy indicators)
Status Effect
Grenade Indicator
Stealth Indicator

The only element that aren't grouped together is enemy HP bar, it's at the top of the screen away from other elements making it easy to see how many pew pew that you need to plant in the enemies so that they go to sleep forever

and the less important elements are shoved aside;
XP bar
Region
Notifications
Messages
Quest Updates (Includes Location discover updates, they're the same thing)

Misc. elements such as subtitles and loot lists are centered, reducing the clutter of the HUD altogether

Installation

Installation is pretty basic, use Vortex or NMM, and just let em do the work for you
or if you just wanna do it manually;

Copy DEF_HUD.xml from the mod and drop it in Data/Interface/DEF_CONF/

It goes without saying that huge majority of players are playing at 16x9 aspect ratio including me, so this preset is only thoroughly tested and works on 16x9 only.
Doesn't mean it wont work on other aspect ratios, I'm just not that determined enough to try it at those ratios. So if you wanna make it work with super wide screen, be my guest, feel free to copy and paste any elements from the xml file into yours, because I ain't gonna do it for you
