If you want to jump in to settlement building but don't want to suffer through the vanilla intro sequence, the rescue of the Quincy Five, recruiting and maxing Preston's friendship (for the perk) or building a starter empire, Settlements and Supply Lines - Early Save Game - No Mods is for you. Settlements and Supply Lines - Early Save Game - No Mods is a save game featuring the male protagonist, Nate, as the General of the Minutemen with 23 basic settlements, connected by supply-lines including:

Nate is level 27 and his S.P.E.C.I.A.L. stats are S-4, P-5, E-1, C-7, I-7, A-4 and L-2. You can change these via console command or your favorite "Cheat" mod. I highly recommend Cheat Terminal but your mileage may vary.

Nate has befriended Piper and Preston and maxed their friendship/received their perks. He has earned a little over 8K caps, largely from doing Minutemen quests to establish the 23 settlements listed above.

Nate has NOT responded to Military Frequency AF95, or met the Brotherhood of Steel survivors at the police department. He has NOT followed the Freedom Trail, met or joined the Railroad.

He has recruited Ada but not started her quest line. You can find her at the Starlight Drive-In.

I made this over a long weekend for my own use in testing various Sim Settlements mod combinations and I used ZERO mods for maximum compatibility with any load order. No console commands were used EXCEPT one instance where TCL was required to get unstuck and one instance where I conjured up some Fusion Cells for  my laser musket.

Old Guns has been completed and Minutemen artillery is available at your discretion. This save game works great with a quest mod heavy play through like Thuggyfied a Fallout 4 Mod List or a basic Sim Settlements mod list like Sim Settlements Experience Mod List. Because it is 100-percent vanilla, it should load up into any of your load orders, regardless of what you are running.
