Between mod collections and recent one-sided socio-political pressures, I find Nexus Mods is becoming a bit too much like George Orwell's 1984 for my liking.  And rather than discuss problems and solutions, their moderators and owners choose to preemptively block certain discussions.  You are only welcome here if you agree with them.  And if you disagree they suggest you delete your account.  

In my opinion, that is a weak, childish, anti-inclusive, anti-diversity, phobic and disrespectful response.  And honestly, it fits the pattern of abusing privilege and power to silence dissent and exclude certain communities.

In spite of those facts, I'm rejecting their suggestion and choosing a better option.

Instead of deleting my account, and with it all my mods, I will leave what I have created for my friends, and the community, to enjoy.  But I will not be back to support, update or add any content.  


I am sure this decision will come as a surprise to some, and possibly raise some questions that I would encourage you to ask me if you seek to understand.  But even if you don't, you may rest assured that I have valid, rational and well thought out reasons for coming to this decision.

'Sydney'
A Custom Legendary 10mm SMG


Based on C1ph3rr's Fallout 3 10mm SMG,  ...(Version 1.4 w/WarDaddy Anims)...  This updated ESP adds a custom legendary 'Sydney' SMG hidden away in USAF Satellite Station Olivia.  I made this as an homage to Fallout 3, and Sydney, known for her custom 'Ultra' SMG.


Location Hints:
  
- Look around the area where you meet Trashcan Carla for the first time.  There is a note somewhere nearby that will mention some locations you should check out.  Search carefully.


Features:
 
- Custom aim model:  Makes the base 'Sydney' SMG roughly 15% more accurate, and with 15% less recoil
- Custom note:  Tells the story of how the 'Sydney' SMG made it from the DC Ruins to the Commonwealth.
- Custom receiver:  'Sydney's custom receiver.'  Unique.  Semi-auto.  Armor piercing.  Improved damage, range and criticals.
- Custom legendary effect:  'My Dearest Little Moonbeam'  ( +30% damage )

* Scavenger Hunt for the final upgrade:
- Custom barrel-suppressor:  'Sydney's custom barrel with matched suppressor'  Unique.  Match grade pressure rated barrel with suppressor.  Improved damage, range and accuracy.


 
Notes:

All edits are added as NEW RECORDS.  I changed nothing about the base mod.  And the latest ESP uses the original mod as a master.  You should be able to add this without breaking your game.  The edits should be seen as additions.  But as always, I recommend testing first.

Cell edits were done on their own layer.  So this mod does not break precombines.

You will get the best results combining 'Sydney's' unique receiver with the unique 'Sydney' SMG.  But for flexibility, the unique receiver and barrel can be used on standard 10mm SMGs, and standard 10mm SMG mods can be used on 'Sydney'.
 
I doubt the custom legendary effect will work if removed or placed on other items.  So, if you use use Legendary Crafting mods...do so at your own risk.
 
There is no crafting recipe for the unique receiver or barrel.  So if you lose it or sell it, it is gone...making it truly one of a kind.

* There is an animation bug in semi-auto mode with Wardaddy's animations.  This may be an issue with a keyword or meta-data.  It's a minor issue and I don't know enough about animations to fix it.  If someone wants to assist, please let me know.  Otherwise I may just change this to automatic fire only, or go back to the older version that uses the Handmade Rifle animations.
