Interesting. The mod looks for Stage 10 but it seems you've completed it so that shouldn't be the issue. The only object this mod affects is the door itself (RefID: 0015B0EA). Do you have any mod that may conflict with it? If you type "SV 0015B0EA", you would need to see a script "InstituteDoorAutoClose". Do you see it? If not, then it's probably a mod conflict.
I'll test it soon. The only mod with potential to conflict is Hilda Hughes but I don't see why it would.
Edit: no response after SV 0015B0EA. No conflicts in FO4E. Tried renaming the esl to esp and moving it down the LO just for the sake of it but didn't work either. I guess it's a script conflict with Hilda Hughes somehow.
