I love this idea of this mod, don't get me wrong, but it doesn't seem to be working as intended. In fact, I noticed that the Glowing Sea isn't even radioactive now! Is there any mods that this one doesn't play nice with?
I also found that using the M60 mod weapon or Skibs .50 cal Mk22 is good if you straif the hoards of supermutants and mirelurks as they fight each other haha!
I was a bit concerned that this would crash my game, but I was sick of scouring the glowing sea for something to kill, and waiting for the deathclaw nests to respawn from another mod, (already wiped them out), so I downloaded this.
I havent had any issues and now I have a use for my OP weapons like the Skibs miniguns, .50 cal minigun, gatling laser, gatling plasma caster, 20mm autocannon, and 40mm automatic grenade launcher hahaha! Now I actually NEEDED them. FINALLY some CHAOS!
My 40mm AGL is still OP so I'll have to nerf it I guess, too much damage. I made that one from combining two other mods' weapons, but I didn't adjust the damage haha! If you want it, download Tammy companion mod, get the missile minigun, download Fusillade 40mm grenade launcher, change missile minigun ammo and projectile in FO4EDIT to 40mm frag grenade. Then you have an AGL. The missile minigun uses the barrel and muzzle from the missile launcher, so it looks like an AGL. I didnt make any of those mods and I don't have permission to use any of those assets, nor do I make public mods, so you'll have to do all that to get it too. It's a good weapon to use in the new glowong sea chaos.
I figured out that the 40mm agl was OP after a 10rd burst sent 4 behemuths tumbling head over heels. And the supermutant torsos littering the glowing sea... The hoard of nukalurk queens EXPLODED, I found pieces of them half a mile away! Also the
Fatman works even better after using the don't mess with bigboy X6 mod, but its too boring to just nuke them all at once. I use Skibs miniguns, so I modded the original vanilla minigun to be .50 cal, since its bigger, and I increased the damage. Its good for shreadding deathclaws. Get the minigun sound mod too!
I use a lot of mod, and appreciate all of the authors' hard work, including for this mod. Thank you!
Oh wow - this is awesome! Admittedly, I'm playing with an OP character. Really fun travelling here now!
I installed this into a heavily modded game, where I had already completed the main quests, Fusion City, etc. This doesn't look like it affects the area as far north as Natick Banks and the Raider Emporium. I also have a walled off settlement at Relay Site Alpha (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/21995), which works great with this. I didn't notice any new creatures spawning inside my settlement. A great base of operations in the endless war.
It may not be obvious from the screen shots, but you'll frequently find groups of monsters of different types, fighting each other. They don't all gang up against you.
I'd love to install it, but by the pictures they seems to spawn huge groups and really frequently. So, as you're playing it, how many actually spawn? And how frequently?
Well, yeah there are a lot o them and you gonna die a lot until you figure out the best choises to make. I already cleared out all creatures, and I should say that the glowing sea is now a place for lvl +70 and for mini nukes so I recommend that you farm a lot of them. And don't forget to put on you power armor and call a companion. Stealth is a really important key, you don't want to go full Leeroy Jenkins at them, take your time and apreciate the fight between the monsters. Oh! And if you find Shaun run as fast as you can, I don't trust that brat.
That sounds just like my kinda mod - installed! Shall be a while before I dare going there, currently lvl 28. Running side quests etc for now. That main quest line is active now for me, but don't want to push it too early.
После установки этого мода исчезли текстуры от половины Сенкчуари! Конфликтует с каким-то модом. Возможно исчезли и ещё некоторые текстуры, но после увиденного бага - снёс сразу.
Я на русской локализации играю, и у меня "Содружество" стало называться "Commonwealth". Другого влияния, кроме написанного мной в комменте выше, я не заметил. Возможно потому у меня проблем с текстурами не было - что я пользуюсь паком текстур сниженного разрешения, т.к. у меня хилый комп.
This works, but the game crashes after about 20 minutes in the Glowing Sea. Perhaps I do not have enough RAM, and here too many corpses of creatures accumulate, I do not know (In the rest of the game, there were no crashes even once).
a vortex download would be vry vry cool ( yeah im spoiled :D ) and like others wrote, i would love it if there where different versions like 30% / 50% / 70% / 100% spawns so everyone could select their own difficulty :)
