Watched the video, bookmarked your mod for later... after you have fixed your bugs, added in contents and such.

I must say, too much hunting roaches then horror... ... You may like to:

    1. Monsters which can combat in a limited area in your cell which can ignore walls...
    2. Monsters which are slow and can only be harmed by flamethrowers, molotov cocktails... by fire, ie.
    3. Boss ghost or spirit: Like every gang or place, you have one big boss... ...
    4. Lady ghosts which can chat... ...
    5. If script got Nora then spawn Nate ghost... vice versa.
    6. A room whereby when you enter... scripted by dropping 20 bodies one by one onto you... ...
    7. A big or normal mirror which occasionally show horrific whatever... ...
    8. A real ghoul who actually has been living in the ghost house, maybe introducing you the origins of some ghosts loitering in the house.
    9. A gas room which can be used to combust ghost enemies... when fighting, or just fire off to burn ghosts for fun.
    10. While exploring, audio files (eg): I am so lonely, I want you to join me... join me... ... forever and ever and ever and ever... ... (Play until the respective ghost destroyed.
    11. A space before the entrance whereby when you exit the house, you can naughtily build a sign "Welcome to best post war apartment".
    12. Build a ghostbuster buster (electric damage) gun.
    13. Mentions of ghostbusters and have Ghostbusters ad or movie ad arts in the house... Eg. "Call G-h-o-s-t-b-u-s--t-e-r-a" on a wall... vaguely covered by blood stains.
    14. More spooky ghosts (Opague in textures or textures resembling environment)...
    15. Ghost of FO3 wanderer's father in a room, friendly and will treat your radiation bla bla bla... if you can score a pass a quiz of FO3.
    16. Ghost of previous Fallout series characters... heard of gossip that some treasure is hidden in somewhere in the house.
    17. Players can become exceedingly rich with caps, your mod can help 'burn' those caps by converting the caps into junk paper money to buy your way out of the house or part of the house, or buy special ammo for special weapon which some ghosts can only be harmed by, or to return to the house or to talk to some ghosts... ... Whereby the conversion rate is super high. Such as 1000 caps for 1 junk paper money.
    18. Some ghosts fight among themselves... ... Such as pre-war ghosts fighting with Civil war ghosts... ...
    19. You open a door in a room with 'Expert' lockpick and heads rolling out once you opened the door... ... and discover a beautiful witch/vampire/whatever who can be waken up to be a temporary companion for your mod in the house.
    20. Once you have completed the haunted house quest, when you return, the old house is modified/replaced and new 'aftermath' contents in.
    21. You can script a scene that someone contact you to buy the house after the quest in radio/via letter or note or just by showing up and waiting our that house thinking you are the owner, that once you 'sold' the house, the house blows up into nothingness... ... alongside with the 'new' owner who has just entered the house.
    22. Scenes of super confident super mutants fighting with ghosts who cannot be harmed by anything other than fire to be destroyed, just to show the players about the ghosts... ...
    23. A weak looking bad small ugly boy or girl ghost teasing the player... but his/her ability is once you attack him/her, reinforcement of a pre-set pack of ghosts and roaches will flood upon you... ...
    24. Secret walls which you can accidentally pass through.

Too many... ... if you can add in more contents, your mod will really seriously pack a huge huge punch. You know that, right?

Your errie music is good. Don't waste that.

Eh. Not enough detail, not really scary, and too short.

Fine mod. Too short tho. It ends on the top floor, right? Did Mark fix 'it'?

Pretty funny mod, and it has a sorta light hearted feel to it.
Suffice to say, most of the jumpscaring simple came from my own follower
It would be cool to see your modding super powers grow, perhaps we could get some dope stuff happening, like blood suddenly appearing on the wall, harabine (or whatever that minecraft dude name is) popping up behind your character, or stuff like that?
I couldn't find the second key actually, and had to spawn one in. U_U
    Spoiler:
    Show
id you spawn those chairs to suddenly appear on top of each other, or was that room already like that? If you did, that was a good spoke indeed,

more stuff like that in future mods, and you'll be creeping the mod users out no problem, just gotta add more skulls and blood.

Unfortunately the cemetery is kinda big and I'm still having trouble finding it.
Can you post more pics as to wear the apartment might be?

    Found it

Was something scary or interesting supposed to happen? I went in an apartment. Found some keys. An inexplicable thing happens with no obvious point. Then I left. ?!? It was significantly less scary than most buildings in the commonwealth.

I'd say it was a stepping stone for the author to work on scripting, as it does say
This mod was intended only as a test of experimental scripts but snowballed into a small quest mod.

I played with my radio off, got pleasantly unsettled by the third floor, and as soon as I reminded myself that a jumpscare was highly unlikely, Piper spawned right behind me and cheerfully commented on the classic furniture. gave me a small heart attack.

great little mod. would love to see it expanded both in terms of gameplay and the story. the concept of a random apartment building sitting next to a cemetery in the middle of nowhere alone is worth exploring

Great mod, little expansions like this keep me replaying this game over, and over again
