UPDATE: Already found a solution on a forum Go to your fallout.ini file and add bUseCombinedObjects=0 under general header. Should fix the problem. Some people say it causes performance issues but haven't had a problem with that.
If anyone else comes across this particular issue, this fix still works. (Did it just today.) Thanks for posting it! (And yes, I realize this was posted many months ago. ::Smiles.:: )
For me, since doing this, my crosshair is offset and when I pause the blurred screen is off smaller and offset... *Edit* After restarting the game (again) it's fixed, so never mind xD
Well, like many others, I DL'd this, installed it correctly, applied the necessary tweaks to the .ini, dropped the expandedscraplist.esp to the very bottom of my load order, and... Nothing. Absolutely no changes. Scrapping boundary is the same as before, and I can only scrap what I could in the vanilla game. Going to disable it, and try a different mod. I would really like to get rid of that big tree in Sanctuary, so I can put in one of these sakura trees...
this mod and the build high totally f**ked my game install. before i started using mod related software, like the NMM i did a full backup of ini files and save games. put those into a seperate folder. i then installed NMM, edited the ini files and installed spring cleaning as well as build high. it worked perfect right after installing/activating them. i was kinda happy to finally be able to delete some of the stuff that was blocking me from building activities in certain areas. next time i started fallout .... well, i rather should say next time i tried to start up fallout the game did not even start. as soon as i did click on the load game button it was gone. no error no nothing. there was no way at all to get it back to work. deleted the mods, uninstall of NMM, put a copy of my previous backup ini files into that specific folder and of course my save games backup went back to where i took them. i then started fallout. well, at least it kept runing but neither one of my old save games was showing up in the load game section. i am doing a fresh install of FO4 while typing here. lets see whether a virgin install can read my save game files. if no good bye fallout. not gonna start from zero again. if yes then i will stay away from this mod stuff. what makes me really wondering is that some folks have 100s of mods installed and their stuff seems to work. i only tried those two and they are not even big in terms of file size. what a waste ...
I'm having the same problem. I've scrapped a load of stuff and now its all bee returned. The house i built on an old scrapped out in Sanctuary has been ruined as the old scrapped house is back and i'm unable to scrap anything that's been reset.

Same problem here. I cant scrap stuff like dirt around the yellow house across the players home in sanctuary. I started a new game and apparently some beta update got out of beta and since then I'm also having this problem. Its just in a certain area in sanctuary. Its from the yellow house, down the road just before the bridge and some houses in the north western part of sanctuary.
I am unable to scrap certain things, mostly around the house with the workshop. This is not the first time I have used this mod, but I haven't used it since the survival beta came out. I started using it again today, but these things won't scrap. Is it possible that I already scrapped them and the game reads the as still there? Or is it something else? Thanks for any help!
