If you are using see through scopes, there is no available compatibility patch for SREP Redux at this time.
SMG anims have a few issues that will be ironed out later on, and the XM16E1's M203 will be functional later, hence the v0.99. See changelog for bugs fixed

So in the screenshots the carry handle is replaced with a scope but when i attach a scope it just goes on top of the handle. Is there something im missing? and how do i use the M203, like is there a hotkey for it or just the grenade button?
Bit of a problem I'm running into. Just started a new game, and they're all spawning with the SMG receiver so it uses 10mm. However changing the receiver to the standard receiver does not change the ammo it uses, it is still using 10mm. I can't find any way of fixing this, even spawning more of them they all spawn with the same SMG receiver.
Every so often you come across a gun mod that's so good, you wind up not using anything else. This here is one of those mods. IRL I'm not a huge fan of the AR platform, but the Service Rifle redux shines. Have had no issues at all. Permanent slot in my order as of now.
I personally use ECO Redux to alter any stats on weapons and armour. Mostly as I'm on Xbox and don't have access to editing tools, but I still wouldn't use them anyhow. I think it's much easier to be able to test your changes while playing.
Equip, use workbench, alter stats, test, then tweak if needed. Really simple and I've not come across any issues whatsoever while altering weapons using ECO Redux. Fantastic mod for changing things to your liking, on the fly and as needs arise.
I use both, ECO is great tool if you want just change gun that you are using. But if wants to alter whole weapon that effect every that kinda weapon needs to use editing tools.
its actually 3 guns 1.ar10 & parts 2.service rifle & parts(this includes scrip coding for a working m203 40mm grenade launcher 3.unused honey badge & honey badger ammo & all the textures for the guns and there parts
Took 5 hours and had to restart twice after all that it was broken saying error. I'm not trying again. can you make a smaller version where its only the gun and some mods, get rid of a bunch of extras
There are plenty of mods bigger than one gig that work perfectly fine, the size is not an issue, you'll have to be more specific with the error you're getting.
First off, if a 1GB download is taking 5 hours your internet is more of an issue than the mod is. Your DL speed would have to be 450kbps for it to take that long. Which shouldn't be physically possible with a modern internet service.
Secondly, you must be new to this because your understanding of ESLs and ESPs is flawed. An ESL flagged mod will work just fine. In fact, ESL flagged mods are the best way to get around load order restrictions for massive load orders. Because you can only have so many active ESPs, but no such restriction exists for ESLs.
Finally, this mod has over 121,000 unique downloads and 4600 endorsements over 3 years since it's original release. If there was a problem with the download or the mod itself, at least one of those 121,000 people would have noticed by now, not just you. Since you are the only one having this issue, process of elimination means the problem is on *your* end, not the mod's.
No it didnt lol just stuff i already knew. my understanding isnt flawed, my game doesnt work with ESP idk why. thats why i asked for a ESL version. An yes i know my internet is crud thats why i dont like files this big. and yes i know i'm probably the only one having this problem. Instead of going on some self important rant u could have actually offered a solution to my problem but u know i just love hearing the obvious from some rando LOL
sorry but if u having issues with esps thats usser issue not the game the game, sorry but u have to undo what ever u did to f*#@ up your game mods cant just be made esl only mods below a cirtain size can be esl and only some types of mods an be esl its a very limited format
Anyone know the item ID for the weapon? i rarely use console commands so idk how to find that out in game, i have the srep replacing vanilla ARs and from what ive heard the changed ID is whats making the m203 unusable. if anyone knows the ID so i can spawn it in and replace my broken one that would be appreciated

Ive been able to install this mod with a 600+ mod LO, the failure and errors are 100% down to you, not the mod.
