Also, if you had a problem with this mod's associated interior with falling through the floor and not seeing anything, you were probably using the ESL version of the mod. V3 has been uploaded to fix this issue.
Absolutely love this mod along with all your others. If I could make one suggestion, it would be cool if we could modify the barrel to remove the front sight block, as it obstructs optical sights
I use this on every single playthrough as my primary small arm for my minuteman troops ( and with some upgrades often for the PC as well) I even put it on all Diamond City Security men (via console command) since their pipeguns I feel I kinda beneath them, given that they work for the wealthist settlement in the commonwealth.
But I have a teeny tiny request: Right now its in a hostile mid to lateish -game location, maybe a patch that puts it in non hosile location much closer to game start?
Its not OP IMHO so no need to lock it away so far from Sanctuary in a hihger level area. Could even be in the Vault (w/o ammo) or in Sanctuary or Red Rocket hidden under some garbage.
Sadly I am otherwise forced to console command it to myself which of course breaks immersion.
Why on earth did you not resize the carry handle rearsight to fit over the entirety of the receiver, it looks so goofy and slapped-on, and it wouldn't take you more than maybe thirty minutes of work to size the rearsight correctly to make it look properly like the Service Rifle from NV. Literally why?
FYI for Vortex users Vortex marks the mods plugin as "could be light", when transforming it into an ESL-flagged ESP via the Vortex plugin function you will break the basement cell, where the rifle is located. At least this was the case in my game.
Ususuallly not into Weapons mods but this is so good it will never leave my load order. I like to give the base version to all DC guards, one by one, via console command so they look more professional
