Nice Mod, now this is real fights, real war... There is a just a thing : Enemies throw too much molotov cocktail or grenades (it's almost non-stop throwing), so sometimes the battlefield is only 'fire' and you can't see anything else... Otherwise nice mod, thank you
I really don't know why your enemies use more grenades than before. Their equipment is not changed, it is generated by the game the same way as in the vanilla game and their AI and behaviour is not chaged. Also the grenade and molotov damage do not increased that much to become their primary weapon and most of the enemy types do not generated with explosives. However, some enemy variants spawn with a lot of grenades and molotovs (raiders, scavengers and mutants both have grenadier sub-variants and sometimes the game spawn them in large numbers).
I think it has to do with the AI for throwing. This would be an intensive thing to change. I believe, on an educated guess, that their AI tells them to throw grenades when your life is low, when your easy to damage with explosives possibly; you know. I'm no expert, but something like that might be telling them to throw such projectiles more.
Im trying to learn FO4Edit and learn where you do all these changes because since start i wanted to have 1.0 damage output and higher enemy damage output. I thought survival did that, but alas it doesnt. It lowers our damage output which feels very wrong. If i have a powerful weapon - i want it to be powerful! But i want enemies and their attacks to be DANGEROUS. Eating bullets from firearms in real life is DANGEROUS. Getting bitten by a fudging bear is DANGEROUS. So anyway. I always wanted my own damage output to be normal, but with enemies that actually scared me so i have to be smart when attacking.
I play on hard atm but its too simple. Hopefully this mod kicks it up a notch without making my weapons into BB guns. Cheers.
