Am a big fan of using discarded design assets and make something fun whit them, this is nice :) However it did get a little boring after i had looked around ( and eaten the pristine slice ) so i placed down a workshop and started patching up the ship . Sad thing that i cant get rid of the water in the hull, thought.. XD Oh, allso. If you ever feel like making a patched up version, then perhaps this free asset can be of use ? https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/59814

Mods without a workshop are useless. The Creator is silent. Cruise Ship Duchess of Kent Uploaded by SvenMMA There is no workshop in this mod. You can install a portable workshop. This will allow you to build 2 floors below the main deck and install a swimming pool on the roof of the cruise liner. https://wampi.ru/image/RydXJMJ Top view of the pool and the liner.
Ehrm.. So i tried that mesh renaming thing and it sort of worked? The intact hull is now layered beneath the broken one XD It looks kinda janky. Still, this is better than before, so thanks Petr
It was possible to remove enclosures from the of a swimming vessel: 3 cranes, 3 stands, 3 rope receivers, a winch, racks, fences. I'll try to post screenshots in the Nif editor.
Maah! i dont want to put a bummer on the creation but well once you been there jumped all over it there is not much if anything left to do its in a word boring i have no reason to keep this in my load order, its like discovering your favorite candy bar wrapper in a draw then you realise you have already eaten it, and the ship itself is nothing like the futuristic cruise ship 7, in short i really really am not putting down your hard work but it really really is boring.
Thanks for the mod! Looks really cool. One thing I'd like to see, assuming you had time, was an intact or restored version (i.e. no massive holes in the hull!), which would be nice for anyone using a mobile workshop mod who wants a slightly fancier settlement.
Giving this a shot, for settlement purposes. My pirate gang will love it. I once tried FMS Trinity in the harbor and it was ok, but the top level didn't look this modernistic. Was a copy of the one where a bobblehead is found. But I was always afraid that it was in a busy area. Since someone asked for a tilted version and you came through I won't make a request for a version like the artwork in pic #4. Just wanna know if that's even possible since the assets probably don't exist. Or just a version that has no holes. I know,i know, that's not lore friendly, but I roleplay crazy characters that are rebuilding the commonwealth with slightly different ideas. Like luxurious dance clubs. Imagination is King when I roleplay. Happy to hear from you. Looks Great!
I know about the trinity mod.The author has done the work of patching the holes of the hull himself that I can't do,I don't have the software or the skill to edit 3d models. Its basically the same hull from the wreck of the Northern star, with walls from the Far Harbor Cliff's edge hotel put together to make the top decks. Theres really not much assets that can be used to further decorate a ship and look in place being there. If someone were to make an actual new 3d model of a ship that can straight up just be plopped in and use minimal decorations by the game's assets that would be a different story, but its beyond my skillset.
