The "Keep Radiants in Commonwealth CMRQL Patch" has several problems according to xEdit Quick Auto Clean with Configurable Minutemen Radiant Quest Limits And Fixes" .esp file under the "Quest" section of you patch. The CMQRL is using "Equal to / or" and your patch is using just "Equal to" ! fI have to option to either overwrite your "Equal to" with CMQRL's "Equal to / Or" or your "Equal to" to overwrite CMQRL's "Equal to / or" ! Which way should I go?
I usually make my own patches, but saw a link to this one and said, wth. I noticed one edit for the unofficial patch, that you either forgot to put into your patch, or was changed by the most recent update to the unofficial patch. It's quest related. I'll just edit it over to your patch. An update to the unofficial patch came out just about a year after this patch, so I'll assume I'm right and make the change. Nobody ever mentioned it in the comment section either. *shrugs
It's quite possible. Sadly I'm still waiting on my new computer that I ordered back in April so I won't be able to update for a while. You might try that mod that StefanCP mentioned. I don't see anything in the comments about whether it works better than the other mods that do similar things, but it is newer so one might assume it works better or at least the patches are more up to date.
Destynova99 -- Is there any way to port at least just the UFO4P patch to Bethesda.net for console (xbox and PS) players?
If you're not willing to try that, would you be amenable to me (with my admittedly weak modding ... well, let's just go ahead with the word ... "skills") giving it a whack through the Creation Kit?
I have no idea how to upload mods for Xbox and PS as I only have my PC set up right now. You or someone else is welcome to upload it in my stead though. On the mod permissions I have "Console modding permissionThe author gave permission for someone else to port this mod to console and for it to be uploaded to Bethesda.net. Please credit the author, however" set.
Just a heads-up that the Greenskins radiant quest for the Minutemen has a bug that I think can cause you to get a quest to help Raiders or other hostiles in an unsettled location like Outpost Zimonja. It uses a 'HasKeyword' check instead of 'LocationHasKeyword'.
If there is some kind of missing or improper keyword then that should be a matter for the UF4P team. I looked through the keywords and I didn't see any that looked wrong... and they did address quest stage text fixes in that quest, so one would assume if the keywords were incorrect they would have already fixed it. Are you sure you don't have another mod introducing this error? It's also not listed as a known bug in the wiki and the keywords added by Keep Radiants in Commonwealth just prevent locations outside the commonwealth from being selected so I doubt that caused an issue.
It is a bug from the original Mod. Of course, so it never reports to UF4P it’s a mod bug, not a vanilla bug. Just edit per fo4Edit Quest 00157CA5 with the correct Keyword Subject.LocationHasKeyword to fix it.
Would it be within the intended scope of this patch to add a feature to prevent radiant quests from being assigned by the child settlers added by Orphans. . . ? Their lack of voiced dialog files makes those quests annoying (although not game-breaking).
Sorry if this has been covered already, or if I've missed another patch that already addresses the issue.
You would probably have to ask about that in the Orphans forum. This mod is just a compatibility patch(es) for the mod Keep Radiants in Commonwealth. I don't know if it's possible to have an orphan both count as a settler and yet not a valid quest target. If it is, perhaps someone on that forum would know. I don't know how the Orphans mod handles child settlers, I just preserved all the entries modified by the mod that were in conflict with KRiC.
The misc patch modifies different records than the UFO4P so you would need both. They're both ESP-FE files so they won't take up a spot in your load order. If you only have Orphans and don't have the Configurable Minutemen Radiant Quest Limits And Fixes quest then you wouldn't want the misc patch as it has that mod as a master. 3 quests are conflcited between the Minutemen quest limit mod and Keep Radiants in Commonwealth mod, and only one conflict is with Orphans, namely an instance of setting an alias from: WorkshopNPC "Settler" [NPC_:00020593] to WorkshopNPC-NoChildren "Settler" [NPC_:0600A0B6] in the MinRadiantOwned03ChangeLocOnly [0003E0C1] quest. I don't know how vital that record is so if you want to skip the patch, that's a valid option.
Hmm... speaking of that misc patch, I see the values changed in the discord updated version of the Minutemen Quest Limiter mod, so I'll have to update. D'oh. I may as well make the Orphans only patch while I'm at it, even if it is only one quest conflict.
So... ignore mention of the Misc patch. I redid the whole shebang. Well, all but the main file since there's no reason to update that unless UF4P updates and anything changes there.
Awesome! This probably just has something to do with how nexus organizes files, but when trying to download the orphans-only patch it still lists CMRQL as a requirement. Just thought you should know
I don't recall being able to modify the required files when I uploaded the new optionals. I think it lists them as a universal thing for all of them, but I'll take a look. I might have missed an option somewhere to modify them on a file by file basis.
*Edit* Yeah, there's just one requirements page and it doesn't differentiate between main files and optional patches as far as requirements go so it would either be not list CMRQL and/or Orphans, or list them and have it appear as a requirement even for the main file. If the opinion is that I should just not list them at all, then I'll remove them from the requirements.
Desty, just curious what conflicts this resolves between Keep Radiants in the CW and the Unofficial Patch. Or examples if there are too many to mention.
I ask because in my last 2 playthroughs in the last few months I've never been able to get the Randolph Safehouse radiant series to start from the Railroad. Not a big deal; but I was wondering if this was the issue. If your patch fixes this (and other stuff I haven't noticed of course), that would be awesome.
Regardless, thanks for sharing your efforts with us.
* Edit: Nevermind. lol. I'm something of a newb, but I've discovered I can open Xedit to look for conflicts myself. (Great to learn new things!) And the Randolph Safehouse quest series isn't on the conflict list. Lots of other stuff is, so I'll be loading up your mod. Thanks again!

The Randolph safehouse quest is RRR06 which has no visible edits between Fallout4.esm and the UF4P, and Keep Radiants only adds the conditions to make the quests not pick outside of the commonwealth. Hmm... let me check to see if there's a typo in the original mod that might be breaking it. Hmm... no typos that I can see.
There is the possibility that one of those "LocTypeNotCommonwealth" conditions are unnecessary and breaking the quest... but that appears later on, after getting the dead drop and getting the random Randolph location so as far as I know that shouldn't prevent it from appearing. Someone more knowledgeable in quest aliases and conditions would need to be consulted, I'm not that knowledgeable on that front.
