Hey, loving the content, I literally can't play without these mods (Especially on Survival). So I was wondering if there would ever be an All-In-One in the cards for these? It would be very useful, especially for the ones like Neon Flats that have two separate mods for the settlement and navmesh.

I love being able to use this place as a settlement, it introduces some unique challenges.  One thing...it's kind of...quiet in there.  Most of the settlers sit/stand/sandbox in silence, other than when I walk by and they say "HUH".  Is there any way to get some more lively dialog?  I have "Settlers go shopping" and am using that, it helps a little...but it's like if they aren't actively having a conversation at the shop, then it's like they don't recognize they are at a settlement at all. Normally they are coming up, "hey General" and "You've got a dangerous look...", etc.  I'm happy to change it myself in FO4Edit if only I knew what to do.

The generic farmer dialogue lines like "Crop's comin' in pretty good." should be auidable in Nu Cafe Ola too. Most of these lines come from a hidden dialogue quest named "DialogueFarmGeneric" (you can use the console command "SQV DialogueFarmGeneric" to check if it's running). The mod doesn't affect vanilla dialogue lines in any way so I'm not sure why your settlers are silent in Nu Cafe Ola. Many settler dialogue lines (not all) requires settlers' home settlement to have the keyword (a type of game data) "LocTypeWorkshopSettlement" but even the vanilla Nu Cafe Ola has that so it's possible that you have a mod that overrides its location data.

It says "DialogueFarmGeneric" is running, and Priority is 20.  Any ideas?

Ah, I took a look at the dialogue quest and I forgot about the IsInInterior == 0 blocking conditon. Settlers can't say farmer lines in interior locations (it's vanilla behavior).

So after installing this mod esl version nu cafe didn’t appear in workshop list. However, the door to nu cafe ola is bugged and does nothing on activating except opening slightly. Reinstalling cc content starts quest again but ctd as soon as key is picked up. Your shroud manor mod shows the workshop in inventory and i can ask settlers to move there but they don’t move and stay in original settlement. I had installed all 4 of your full settlement mods esl versions together. Only shroud manor showed up in workshop list but doesn’t work as described above. Also removing that mod causes ctd on load. Your Noir penthouse navmesh fix mod though works perfectly. Any help regarding above issues will be appreciated. Thank you for the mods.

Sorry for the late reply.. I forgot about this post. I know the answer is way overdue but most likely it's caused by a mod conflict. You can see record conflicts in FO4Edit.

Yet another one of your mods I am now going to be putting in my permanent L/O. I actually just used the Cafe for the first time on my last play. I used the hell out of the decorations, but never even went to the cafe after the quest. I think I can make this a Nuka factory for a supply line. I hadn't ever used the Cafe at all until Beth gave it to me during the Anniversary.

      They certainly should..
Do they count in the Cafe’s population? (You can check it on your Pip-Boy).
You can try sending some Settlers there from Hangman’s Alley. Then you can follow them inside Cafe.
But where are they actually? Are you using any other settlement related mod?

I'm using sim settlements.   I have your other mods for Shroud manor and the other one (I forget right now) and settlers get to them no problem.  I will try to follow one from hangmans alley and see what happens.

      Update:

When I send them they never leave the original settlement they just stay at the settlement they are in.  In the overworld map when your looking at supply lines it shows that the Nu Cafe has 4 people in it but no one is there when I travel their (because they are still standing around in their original settlements.)  Going to try a re-install of the mod and see what happens.   I'm not sure why it is only happening on Nu Cafe and Charlstown and Shrowd mannor work find for me.

Before reinstalling you can try using the console to move the Settlers to the Cafe.
Open the console and click on a Settler you sent there. Then go to the Cafe and type “moveto player”.
If they walk out of the Cafe immediatelly then something is wrong..

Maybe you can also try assinging a Settler to a settlement object in the Cafe. (If you can build a soda fountain or something similar there).

It would be very helpful if you could make a screenshot about this mod in FO4Edit. Maybe this issue is caused by a mod conflict.

While I was in the cafe I got my companion to stay and take a job.   I moved a settler in and they immediately left.   I pulled a settler in and assigned them a job and they left.  I pulled a settler in and assigned them to the Nu Cafe and they left.

I'm not really familiar with FO4Edit is this what your looking for?

Well I checked it today and both companions and settlers are willing to stay there and work.

In FO4Edit you should see something like this:
      (The FormIDs are important).

    THANK YOU! <3

This mod has turned this place from practically useless to 100% useful as any other settlement. It's how it should've been from the start honestly

THX for remaking this mod FIX! As this mod has been in history but it was removed from Nexus a while back have been looking since!

The original Mod is just so stupid that it won’t allow it to be full settlement..... just cmon what are you supposed to do with it ? Even the “story “ implies to make it a cafe for people ...

    Sigh Bethesda..

Record WorkshopExtendNuCafeOla [QUST:FE04C733] has invalid ObjectID 001733 for a light module. You should compact the formID before saving the plugin.
Record 0000E0D9 is an ITM. It should be deleted.

Not the mod author, but if this is normal Nu Cafe Ola, there might be in diner area. Though it is cramped.
