This is so awesome, but I am wondering if there's a way to get ultrawide support on this. The visor cuts off at the very far ends, it's not terrible but definitely noticeable.
same I was hoping to find a solution on here but I haven't yet when I first started my playthrough I didn't have the issue, and now the top of my helmet keeps disappearing
From what I recall you can take the files from other mods and paste them on this mod, to have this mod throw them in the game for you pre-seperated for each kind of power armor helmet
After research I came to the following conclusions:
1: The file (Animated Nif) will allow you to have the animated HUD mesh + HUD visibility in 3rd person + The transparent power armor icon.
2: The file (invisible 3rd person) will allow you to have the animated HUD mesh + Power armor icon with an "opaque black" background
Fact: If you notice that the visors are very whitish, I recommend using the textures from this mod: (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/57314) specifically: (PowerArmorVisorGlassFX_n.DDS) + (PowerArmorVisorGlassFX_s.DDS). (d.DDS) do not use it because this is the viewer model, you can use any mod you want.
Could somebody please tell me what I am doing wrong? The goal is to get the Suit UP Hud workign for my X-02.
Here is what I did, but I only get teh standard hud with no transparency for the X-02 (rest works finde) 1. Installed Hud Switcher and the update 2. Extracted the texture files from Suit Up pasted them in Hud switchers folder 3. Deinstalled SuitUp so it doesn't mess with the keywords
And now as I said before I only get the standard HUD. The base game armors work as intended (even with SuitUpdisabled), so i guess I am not completely wrong. How do i get the game to not go for the vanilla Hud for the XO2?
Edit: I am an idiot. I only replaced the textures in textures/basegame and didn't see textures/modadded folder. All works fine :)
