I tried out your mod. The build area isn't big enough for what I'm looking for, but I thought I'd offer these comments for when you decide to update. Most players are going to have a major problem with having to use the boat to get there and back every time, especially when you have to swim out to the boat. On my return trips I materialized in the water underneath the boat. That might have been a fluke, but if not that needs to be fixed. It appears that my companions couldn't go with me. The first time I went there I had Heather Casdin with me. She disappeared after going there and I still haven't found her.
If you don't have her ID#, go to a previous save, (with her, d'oh!) open yer console and mouse click her nose to see and select her ID#. I'm pretty sure that's how I always did it... LOL There's a help -command to browse and find ID#'s in the console, too...
Try either of these: (Note, you only need the quotes if your search term has words with spaces)
help "heather casdin" 4 npc_
help "heather casdin" 4
"4" should produce a list of all form ID's related to your keyword and "4 npc_" limits it to npc's related to your keyword, hopefully... I haven't done this in like A YEAR, I can't friggin' remember anymore.
If/once you know the ID# and you're in your latest save, an alternate way would be with the "prid" -command, it's like a select -function. prid <targetID#> and then just straight up use player.moveto or moveto player, depending which you want.
Hello. Yes, there a lot of rocks there. The best solution to have more space there, is open the console ~ click at a rock to get the id and type disable. hit enter and exit the console. Looks nice for a island but i am not going to use this mod. That's all. Thanks.
Hi there, just want to say what a great mod & a really good place to build, sadly, everytime I move slightly away from the workbench I exit & have to re-enter in order to carry on building, making it almost impossible to build, is there any fix for this? would really love to use this place but becoming impossible. Many thanks
I just downloaded your mod but there was a small problem, the workshop is in the middle of the sandy beach, I just wanna know if this is my problem on my side of the game
probably something went down in my game files and such, but may I ask to move the workbench? I am not quite sure the proper coordinates or how to know the coordinates.
i must say, my first impression is frustration. move wrong on the boat and loading screen back to commonwealth. 3x in a row. I presume you either need to swim towards the rocks or it didn't load properly.
** on the island. this looks like a really nice place to build. there;s a hole on top and the back side has large place and 2 smaller places you can see through the rocks. several spots around the backside edge, the rocks don't meet the water. minor issues.
Lets see what i can manage on this little rock now :)
* What pirate island would be complete without a proper Scallywag Schooner
I'll have to find a load door that actually requires activation as that auto load door is annoying. I thought I managed to get all the holes, will have another look. Thanks for letting me know :)
i'll post a small pic of them to help out. I really like the locations. the water is super generic with nothing underwater. but I can add pretty much anything i want near the shoreline. Some thing really fun (though probably not doable) would be have an "X" in the sand. when you stand on it, the workshop elevates from the ground like you dug it up as the pirate treasure.
I've managed to fix the loading issue now, you actually have to activate a crappy door on the boat. I wasn't too worried about the water, as I get more confident with CK I might look into it though. I'd love to have some little easter egg finding treasure but as of yet, no idea what. maybe a little quest line to go find some treasure would be the only thing I could think of
With the new version 1.03, you are not able to leave Cove area. The new version boat has a bulkhead you can open (with no transporting trigger) and there's an arrow on the boat pointing towards the island. I can find no way to get back to the commonwealth other then use COC command. Once on the boat, i can pull up my map, but only COVE shows on it, offset from the boat location.
Damn, it should take you to and from the commonwealth by opening the bulkhead door. I need to figure out how the map works as it's all kinds of messed up. Edit: Fixed the door in 1.0.4 I accidentally made changes in the commonwealth worldspace settings, so used FO4edit to delete the changes and didn't realise I deleted the door too
i have both of those and still am not able to locate it. I found previous screenshots i've made and there certainly is a wheel in those. maybe I'll run "missing tabs" and see if something vanished

If you're on PC, go or move her back to you with the console. Enable it with a mod if on survival.
Man, I wonder what kind of a worm-timewarp-hole she ended up in?! I'd first try moving myself to her! LOL
- player.moveto <targetID> – Move to the NPC or item.
- targetID.moveto player – Moves the NPC or item to the player
Example: 0003eff3.moveto player – Moves "Rylee" to the player...And don't use the less/greater-than signs in the console. Copied from https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Fallout_4_console_commands because I've apparently forgotten console commands now, after a long brake.

Happy playing!
Overall I liked your idea

Overall good work

I just d/l the 1.04 ver and will try it this afternoon.
I added some greenery, extra rocks and a little cave I've not started working yet.
Does anyone know of a small mod that adds a ship wheel? I was certain i had one, but i just can't locate the wheel in my menu.
Also, settlers spawn out in the water & won't swim to shore.
Actually, settlers don't seem to be pathing at all.
