Technically, yes and no. I've noticed that the XM8, for some reason, took the gun sounds right from the original G36 mod, since the folders and files literally have 'G36s' in the name, so this mod will overwrite the sounds of the XM8. I even tried renaming the folders and files in the XM8 to...well XM8 instead of G36s, and it didn't pop up with a file conflict like before, but the sounds were still overwritten by this.
So while this does work on the G36, it inadvertantly affects the XM8 as well, whether you want it to or not. If you want to separate the sounds of the XM8 from the G36's base sounds as well as this mod, you need to change the sound stuff as I viewed the XM in FO4Edit, and the mod design basically searches for the G36s sound files, regardless of where they're located.
At least by you the folder exists which makes it possible to change the sound like you want xD
I'm often not satisfied with the sound of mod weapons, but I dunno how to name the folder of the weapon so it will use those sounds instead as well (I'd guess you have to open the esp file to see it somewhere)
There is no way from the shooters position that ANY weapon firing a 5.56x45 NATO round is going to sound like the original G36 mod. That had bass levels rivaling a Browning M2.I know, I fired the M16, M60 and Browning M2 for 2 decades.
I get it, people want bass sounds - but in terms of realistic sounds for the platform - well you either want realism or you don't.
This mod in it's original format is much closer to what it would sound like firing a 5.56x45 NATO round out of any assault rifle - if you were the one behind it pulling the trigger.I know, I fired that without earplugs on many occasions - having earplugs in isn't a luxury that GI's have unless they are on a range.
TBH though, the worst of the bunch was the M60 MG (7.62).That was a Twaaaackkkkk sound, and the aaccckkkkk part is what you got most of.IMO it was a worse sound to hear than an M16 firing.
Then there is bliss, the Browning M2.I could fire that all day and twice on Sundays, go deaf doing it and enjoy myself in the process.
556 is very much punchy. Anything that breaks the sound barrier will have a deep crack associated with it. This absolutely needs some bass added to it. The difference between 556 and 308 is only 2 decibels and does not sound very different other than a slightly deeper boom.
Decibels and frequency aren't the same thing. A crack sound is high frequency - which isn't bass at all. Want more bass, fire a higher caliber than 5.56.

Done, you can get it here.

Where do i start if i want to learn modding? (I already use fo4 edit to change weapon damage zoom level )

Want punch?7.62.
My only issue is the name. Main? How about something like G36Snd or something descriptive.
