No Disintegrations

This mod removes the disintegration critical-kill effect from laser and plasma weapons.

When a critical hit also kills the target, energy weapons (lasers and plasma) will not reduce the body to a pile of ash or goo. It does so by changing the conditions check so that the effect cannot occur.

I wanted this mod for two reasons:

* Realism: Plasma and lasers, if anything like their real life counterparts, inflict damage with directed energy that transfers heat at the point of impact. But the amount of energy needed to injure or kill a target is significantly less that what would be required to burn it to ash. Also, if a body was burned to ash or goo, it seems unlikely that some types of equipment, animal hides, or animal meat would remain usable. I did not change the alien blaster's blue ash effect, to keep it mysterious and alien.

* Gameplay: Finding bodies to loot after the battle is a bit harder when they're a small pile of ash.

The mod changes only the conditions check on the laser and plasma actor effects, so it should not conflict with weapon mods.
