I was actually trying to use this control map for the Bullet Time mod (after modifying it with notepad++), but at this point still nothing has worked, so I might just have to try VAFS instead, thanks.
after uninstalling my left bumper is completely removed from fallout and there's no way to map anything to it in settings. any idea on what i could change to fix my LB button?
Edit: I ended up getting your mod to work anyway so I fixed my issue but if I needed to uninstall i'm still not sure how to fix the missing LB mapping.
the left bumper disappearing happened when I installed a different custom control map, and I fixed it by clicking 'reset' in my controls settings in-game (then changing it back to whatever I had).
"Controller Shortcuts for Vafs Redux ( or anything like it)".....--------So does this work with the "Bullet Time" mod?
Im playing Fallout with Immersive Gameplay v5.22 and cant use Vafs Redux, V.T.D.S, or any other mods that change the perks. But hoping this will work for replacing the Vats
my guess if you're still interested is just use the bullet time aid item in the 12th slot and if it has a crit like function that is also a consumable use that item in the 11th slot
Not sure if you have alrady figured it out, but for anybody wondering the same:
Go into your inventory - aid - and press RB on your gamepad. The favorites menu should open. You need to assign the activator toggle to the lowest slot and the other one to the slot above that. The slots right beneath where a stimpack will be assigned by default, so you can use it when you press down on the d-pad.
