They're prison-style tattoos aka stick n' poke... they're crude by design because in real life these tattoos are done by using a needle or safety pin + pen ink and manually applying it one poke/scratch at a time.
Love this mod, incredibly immersive and great for my raider-styled character. Only problem is sometimes It will glitch and give my character black-face. Literally. Like, it'll change just his facial color to dark brown-skinned. usually reloading the save fixes this though, but sometimes it can persist through loading screens/
Doesn't work for me, there are no options for these tattoos. Am I doing something wrong? Apparently everyone else is getting it, so please- toss me a bone here.
Edit: So I see they are replacers for taboo tattoos, but I see the author says he added 11 more tattoos, where are those? I'm confused as hell right now.

Although i am sure ive collected at least one, but i could be wrong.
Edit: yes u need to find the tattoo books inorder to tatt yourself, its such a bothersome task i say.
