    Add "bPlayMainMenuMusic=0" to your Fallout4Custom.ini, you're welcome.

    If you want to remove the intro completely, add
    [General]
    sIntroSequence=0
    fChancesToPlayAlternateIntro=0
    uMainMenuDelayBeforeAllowSkip=0
