This looks awesome, and I am excited to download it since I'm already using your Red Rocket and Starlight mods.  I was just curious about the items you said not to scrap.  I know one of the raised platform areas isn't scrappable, anyway, but I wasn't sure which gate pieces you meant.  Please elaborate before I delete the wrong things.  Thank you, my friend!

Much appreciated! When facing the entrance from outside, the wooden wall piece to the left of the door is necessary but the right side wall isn't, that's all :) I would just keep all of the pieces in place until after the import and then remove what you don't need. Enjoy!

Well I've had a chance to look round inside now, on the whole not a bad plan. Although there are a few places where access is a little tight especially for NPC's, if access is too tight NPC's tend to bottleneck and get stranded. Some times less is more. Maybe a few less stairs but more strategically placed ones could work better. Maybe a stair well front and of the settlement. I do like the use of the lift for roof access. If I remember rightly there were 4 storied versions as well, I think it might work better if it started from the ground floor up through the middle of the site, or possibly two lifts one first three floors then another starting on the third floor and continuing to the height you require. Also I have noticed that one or two parts are not appearing properly, I've taken some screen shots to show you what I mean. It is possible that it on my end but you will need to confirm if the plan file is not corrupted that does sometimes happen when a file is uploaded to the nexus.
I've uploaded the imigaes to the user image section you can see then what I mean.

Yeah, this settlement definitely isn't meant to be a full-sized town but rather a "small but secure player hideout". As for the elevator on the roof, I just threw that in there recently because back in 2016-2018 when I first played, you actually didn't need the lift to get to the highest point. You could just climb up to roof level, then the fire escape, and simply jump up to the next highest ledge. When I started playing again a few weeks ago, I found that I could no longer jump the last ledge above the fire escape and begrudgingly had to put in the elevator...

" If I remember rightly there were 4 storied versions as well, I think it might work better if it started from the ground floor up through the middle of the site, or possibly two lifts one first three floors then another starting on the third floor and continuing to the height you require."

Thought about it and it would've required redoing half the base. Just didn't have the inclination.

"Also I have noticed that one or two parts are not appearing properly, I've taken some screen shots to show you what I mean."

Good call, my bad. Totally forgot that two of the three wall pieces at the front gate are stock pieces that shouldn't be scrapped.

I am glad to be of service, I too have posted a few blueprints my self and would love to get some feed back but no one is posting although there are a good few downloads. Getting back to your blueprint, I can see that you would not want to do an extensive rebuild at this time, May be later. I must be honest I find Hangman's one of the most difficult settlement sites in the game, I have yet to build anything there I'm truly happy with. I did do a bit of experimenting with lift idea yesterday. I put a 4 floor lift in the space between the building where the workshop bench is and where you put the Ammo manufacture machine. I then snapped a 3 floor lift to the top level of the 4 so you could walk out of the top of the4 into the bottom of the 3 it does seem to give you the Hight need to access the roof levels. Oh also almost forgot I think the roof levels can sill be accessed from the building where the super mutants are fighting the DC guards.

      Happy gaming happy modding mate.
