Description:

This mod simply replaces the Handmade Assault Rifle from the Nuka-World DLC with wasteland Melody's Chinese Assault Rifle. 

Requirements: 

Obviously, Nuka World is required for this mod to function. This mod also requires Wardaddy's CAR Animations. Make sure to install https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/13283 first, then  https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/27430?tab=files second, and then finally overwrite everything with the included .esp.

Installation:

I would recommend installing this via Nexus Mod Manager, however if you want to install manually please follow the instructions listed for those who may not be familiar with the process.

Following the above installation order is required for proper functionality. Listed below is a description of how to install this mod manually.

Navigate to the file explorer on your computer, when prompted select the path in which your fallout 4 data folder is located, in my case it looks like (D:)/SteamLibrary/SteamApps/Common/Fallout 4/Data once you have located your data folder, drop the provided .esp inside. Congratulations, you no longer have to deal with the ridiculously lore breaking "Handmade" AK-74 Looking thing that Bethesda thought would be a good idea.


Notes:

I personally use the dark wood furniture from the mod "Bakelite Magazine For Wasteland Melody's Chinese Assault Rifle" https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/28843?tab=description just to give it a little more of an Anchorage vibe. The texture edits from that mod should have 0 conflicts, but the included .esp will probably need a patch. Thankfully, "Mythos214" includes a separate file that specifically replaces the furniture alone, thus requiring no .esp.
