first off, this mod is great! thank you for such wonderful work.
i realize there hasn't been much activity for this mod lately, but i do have a few missing textures such as purple boots (under bed), some purple posters, purple teddy bear, and a purple "pride" desk flag. are there any dependencies for this mod?

This mod looks great. A quick question - does this add any settlement building objects such as the plaque itself or a statue of Tubman? I'm constructing a History Museum and this would fit in really well if so.

No, it doesn't, but this would be easy to add in your mod.

The plaque is currently a static, but could be buildable via decorations section as a wall painting in the same fashion as Doom supported with his Civil defense posters mod that I referenced in the description. Actually the way he did it is exactly how the vanilla game's wall paintings were implemented. You could use Xedit to copy the vanilla game or his supporting data for this functionality into your mod, then substitute this mod's nif and material and textures files. The trick is not to get confused by the hard coded paths in the nifs to the dds's. Those are completely ignored and the BGSM (referenced as a swap by the form for the plaque) is actually what is controlling what dds's are used. You should be able to see all this in Creation kit and xEdit- I think the form is named ShaH_Poster something 4. You have my permission to reuse that element, and good luck on your project. Immersion in a historical narrative is a powerful way to communicate this material to early minds imho.

I have not gotten around to adding the .dds layer to give the illusion that the text and elements of the bas relief are raised away from the surface. The proper way to do this is to sculpt her features in a real low poly mesh in Mudbox/ Maya, but actually I have another project cooking for a real museum in the country I live in. Check back much later and see if the release notes mention this upgrade or a full figure Tubman sculpture (which is on the bucket list and I'd like to do, time permitting).

Thanks! I'm certainly not an experienced modder but when I do get a lil handle on it, it could be really fun to do this.
I'll keep an eye on your updates - great stuff :)

I recommend the settement being affiliated with the Railroad. Seriously.

Yeah. I always found it strange Bethesda would include an underground railroad faction and never really include many historical references to Tubman.

My feeling is that as a first aid facility, the residents would be disinclined to violate neutrality or anything else violating Red Cross type protocols. But yeah- it is a path an escaped synth might take to get away from the institute. Perhaps Chase (from Far Harbor) and some non story npcs from RR HQ would stroll through ever so often.

Besides, I am not sure what affiliation you had in mind. The affiliation of Bunker hill is greatly understated, and some residents appear to not even to be aware of the activities in the underground bunker. In an unreleased update, there is a RR ally marker placed above the sleeping area escape hatch.

My thought was that they were associates of Dr. Amari of Goodneighbor (the Memory Den) and doing medical courier duties along the lines of Doctors Without Borders. (A certain sniper from Little Lamplight likely wound up getting his son's medicine shipped through these guys)

You may want to review your description; you've duplicated much of your text.

Yes, the first upload process was fraught with many errors. It is a little bit more tidy now.

An interesting contribution to the game. Yes, Harriet was very active with the Underground Railroad, but I believe the reason she wasn't mentioned in game is that the Railroad was inspired by the actions of every person involved with the earlier group, not just one specific individual.
