Hi, Huge fan of this mod. Thank you for making it. I recently downloaded your update on Beth.net for XBox. Since the update I've been crashing as soon as my game loads. I tried it on a new save and had the same issue. When I disable the mod the game plays as normal. Would it be possible for you to re-upload the previous version or a new update on Beth. net? Thank you.
Thank you so much for letting me know! I'll remove the update and have a fix out as soon as I figure out what the issue is. I'm currently doing a fresh install of fallout 4 on a separate drive away from my main install, which is a mess of files and I'll go from there.
I'm glad you enjoy it! I've uploaded 1.3.8 which has the correct textures included. it works flawlessly for me on a fresh install of the game on a separate drive with just SU and SMM installed. please let me know if you have any other issues!
Love these shacks. Great for adding a bit more spice to the standard settlement builds.
I will say that "Probably still borked but hopefully fixed the missing textures bug" doesn't inspire much confidence in updating at this stage, but hey, I can wait to see if others report an issue (and if none reported, I'll just take that as 'we good') :D
LOL I won't lie, I was nervous putting out this update after the 1.3.7 one was a flop (I packaged the files wrong so a ton of textures were missing, I pulled that update almost immediately) I *think* I did it right this time, but, if a brave soul wants to confirm its working I would be so grateful! EDIT: 1.3.8 works fine for me on a fresh install of the game :)
This mod is interesting. It's close to a version of Sim Settlements I imagined without all the hassle (just dropping 'level 3' buildings without any scripts and assigning them)
Not showing up in my game. Nothing under Structures/Shackinup. Have OCDec fix and SettlementMenuManager. Also have several other prefab mods but they work together well. I have all DLC. Thank you for any help. I love this mod and would like to use it.
Thank you. Another user has reported this as well, I'll put out an update when I figure out the issue! So sorry, I knew I'd bork something lol I have company visiting from out of town, but next week I'll try to have an update out!
I've noticed the same thing, I think it may conflict with SS2 because it causes texture problems in the default residential plot you build at the start of the mod and in Jake's workshop in Concord
how come this is like 20 mb or something on xbox but only about 1 here?
Seriously I've just been confined to xbox for a while. I'm coming back and noticing the massive differences in file sizes between platforms and alot of them don't make sense to me.
The reverse seems to be for some mods. Most mods I find on PC are huge next to the xbox version, including those that have zero differences.
I've just uploaded an update to Beth.net and noticed the drastic file size difference. The only reason I can think of is that the nexus and beth handle compressed files differently. I can confirm that they are the exact same files on both sites though which is frustrating as I believe consoles have a set storage limit for mods.
Better safe than sorry. so I'll add a disclaimer (I haven't had any issues with my heavily modded game by moving the category but of course YMMV) If you have any issues, the SMM holotape has a menu repair function that should take care of any issues that arise. EDIT: If anyone has issues, let me know and I'll put a disclaimer in the main description as well.
