Sadly, it's not a mod. It's from FO76, the Free States revolutionary outfit. Someone should really port it into FO4, not that Bethesda would give a flying s#*! about it
I have a standard Reising, with the default "Automatic Receiver", using .45 calibre. My Weaponsmith bench tells me that it does 177 DPS. However, if I change this to "Auto .38 Receiver", the DPS increases to 198, despite the accompanying text advising that this receiver has reduced damage.
Given that the fire rate and accuracy are unchanged, you'd logically expect the smaller round to do less damage, not more.
I wholly recommend fixing minor stuff like this yourself, it's slight damage values you need to adjust, and itll get you familiar with xEdit more, which can prove useful in the future.
Really great mod, it's a lovely weapon!! Endorsed.
I think it might be slightly unbalanced though. I lowered weapon damage to 28 and value to 80, so it's more in line with vanilla SMG. It also spawns very, very frequently on raiders. Also, the sound when firing is kinda on the low side, could be more dB (npc firing sounds fine tho). But other than that, it's great.
Because there's no bolt recocking. I'm not an animator but able to edit animations, right now im worry i cannot make animation smooth if i do bolt pulling part. Maybe in near future. UP. Ok, i managed to do that, enjoy
>Would love to know how to read/edit the 76 .nif Somewhere present updated version of Nifskope with 76 support >That armour/ clothing is great, any chance of a Pm with how to get it pls ?. I will not pm with anyone by myself, if someone want to know - s/he will pm first instead of asking in posts tab things which are forbidden here

On an unrelated note, where would one download the armor in the picture for this mod?

But i have question, did you delete wired stock? It was in original mod, as i remember.
