she's wearing the Black Widow suit w the hood from Wasteland Nomad, the rifle on her back is a "clothing item from XM2010 enhanced sniper rifle and if I remember correctly, she's also wearing the neck and harness V3 from vtaw wardrobe 4 as well as the slave chain from Slave Leah set https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/40796 w/ the physics redux from https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/45240 which gives it 2 chains and the pgysics
