      Sorry for the late reply. This is an updated version of the same mod, so it contains the same features, updated for survival mode. You shouldn't be installing both together.

      Is it possible to update Better Item Sorting DLC and Hardcore Patch too? Because I am afraid that using your updated version of the base mod and 2016 old DLC Patch? will corrupt my save game :/

   how do I add an item to a category do I just change the name? I want to add nuka quantum grenades to [granades].

      Simply adding the appropriate tag before an item in the final ruling esp in fo4edit is sufficent.
      I.E I added [granades] to the name of nuka quantum grenades making  [granades] nuka quantum grenades
