A stylized version of Motoko Kusanagi, also known as "The Major" from the Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex anime series.

The Major.
Anyone who has watched the Ghost in the Shell anime and\or the OVAs already knows who I'm talking about: Motoko Kusanagi.
This is just my take on a iconic character, styled to fit into the harsh world (at least in my game lol) of Fallout 4. I wanted to bring out the features that stick out the most to me when remembering the character: that gaze that sees right through you, that frail but immeasurably strong presence, hiding a just barely there softness that is valued if it is ever witnessed.
