The main texture has only one mipmap, compared to the original texture with 11. I would say, the texture is just invalid, which means that it isn't loaded correctly, maybe depending on your RAM. Most people just can't see the problem because it's black anyway.
That's normal, mod doesnt change the screen, just the pip boy texture itself. if it still bothers you: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/1939/? youre welcome
@jccloud First off you're complaining about a 7+ year old mod, second of all dumbass, you can change pip-boy lighting and menu colors in the display options menu.
I love the look of the screenshots, and I'm not having any issues with my screen color as others have mentioned, but my Pip-Boy in game looks considerably more beat up and scratched than these screenshots do. Am I missing something?
I really like this pipboy but I also can't change the color of my pipboy screen, it is black and white for me. I tried to change it through in game settings as well as directly editing the INI files but neither had any effect. I don't mind black and white screen that much.. but would prefer color time to time. If anyone has a fix please let me know! Thanks :)
Don't know if you still need to know, but you can set the pipboy hud colour by pressing escape, then settings, then display and you can change the colour to pick what you want through RGB sliders.
