I've been using both mods BUT I put Cross jetpack before unlimited as my reasoning was: cross jet is "new" features and may overwrite what unlimited did. So far it seems like it worked.Additional but/disclaimer, I am on my second playthrough so I have a borderline god (I can still die, get sick, and such but my AP is amped the hell up).
It works. However now my character cannot use any AP at all outside of his power armor. No sprinting, no heavy attacks, no VATS, no map. Want to tell me how to fix my character? This is a good mod for anyone that wants to play the entire game in Power Armor because that's the only way I can do anything from now on.
Sustained flight? Yes. However it doesn't go higher than your jump height so if you want to fly over a town you gotta find a high point and start from there.
