Added a proper VATS support for the armor. Fixed the clipping issue with the Pip-Boy.

Fixed an issue when Raider Mods were wrongly assigned to the MidWestern Raider Armor, creating an issue showing an invisible armor piece named "Heavy Epic". Fixed the issue by generating new IDs for the armor in order to preserve the saves of the player.
