I'm unable to find the junktown ESP -- I installed the rest of the mods, but when I search junktown all I get is the Sim Settlements and the author is Vintyri, is this the same one? Or has that been removed from the Fallout 4 mod page?
Hey Mal. So I wanted to try out your mod and it looks fantastic....but I ran into an issue. I run buffout 4 and its coming up with the problem that "IMAD 0xAF01800A from betterstores.esp has an invalid key size of zero" So I dont know exactly what is happening. Do you happen to run buffout 4 and have gotten this error? How would this mod be affected if I removed better stores from the list? Could it have crazy detrimental impacts to how the settlement is set up?
How did you not go over the build limit with all that stuff? I build one semi-elaborate house and i'm at the size limit .. Can't even decorate what i build =/
There has always been a problem having sanctuary, red rocket and the farm built up, the center, red rocket, always has issues because all three overlap at the station.sim settlements has logged that many times.
Yup - that is one of the reasons I spent so long on finalizing these three together - they have been heavily built for over 4 years, but I have spent a month tuning them and removing objects that caused instability - for example a load of scaffolding I built at Red Rocket meant you had a CTD every time you saved when you were in Red Rocket - I removed it, built it differently and then all was good. There were quite a few odd things like this west side of Red Rocket. There is also an area near the workshop in Sanctuary that does not like stuff built on it - moved my shops 10 meters and all happy again.
There is also a hot spot for CTD north of Abernathy - so I built stuff all over it so that hopefully people won't stand there and hit save.
I also had 3 people testing these together for me to help find these glitches and they are now pretty solid.
I have personally had these all very heavily built up for around 4 years and the only one consistent issue I get is frame rate drop - but that is a function of the engine - as part of my tuning exercise I removed nearly half of all the lighting I had originally put in (I have a lighting fetish).

I have always used either console commands (in the early days) or mods to disable the build limits
Try this one:
