      Yep, as long as you install the patch for the Lever-Action Rifle from the BCR page for some reason

      Lever-Action Rifle patch for BCR is stated in requirements due to animation requirements. My patch is simple ini file to use the patch files for Horizon LA shotgun.

   i can't fix the error no game data on top level in my MO2

      Ignore that error and install anyway, it should work just fine. MO2 thinks there's no game data because it's an .ini file for a F4SE plugin, not the expected .esp .bsa or the like.
