So I saw this mod a while back and never got it because I was like, "that's such a small and unnecessary thing." Then I ended up needing oil for turrets, and kept finding soap trays in the mutant-infested Everette Estates, and immediately remembered this mod and came back for it. Works flawlessly, thank you!
Likely this is some conflict with another mod changing that area or the wrong file download is being used (for example, DLC version when DLC are not installed). Which file download are you running and which location in the game?
FYI, I am working on a follow-up mod that includes the base game and Far Harbor which contains 3 post-war trays and 1 pre-war tray! That pre-war tray requires me to make a pre-war empty soap tray, but no sweat though. I'll post it soon. I thought i'd might as well release the base game one since it's the most important. By the time you make it to Far Harbor, you've usually got plenty of soap (oil). Regards!
