This mod is no longer supported. I will not be providing bug fixes for this mod, or any of my other mods which use VotW.
Plan 9 from Outer Space is a classic B-movie from 1959 and has been dubbed "the worst film ever made" (whoever dubbed it that has never seen Night Train to Venice), and now it's all yours in Fallout 4 (assuming you have VotW). I've only done it for TV sets by the way, so no projector support at the moment.
Just download the all in one installer, choose whether you want ESP or ESL (remember to manually activate the ESL), let it overwrite "blank.dds" if it asks, and that's it. Just a note of caution: don't be fooled by the 381MB download size, because when it's decompressed it weighs in at 1.5GB.
Historically, there has been dispute over whether this film is public domain or not, I've researched it fairly extensively, and it is in the public domain.
