    Version 1.4 online

Added a proper VATS support to the armor. Fixed the Pip-Boy clipping issue, and also fixed a minor clipping issue on the shoulderpads.

This is absolutely awesome and bring bake fallout tactics memories! Will there be a Xbox One port? I saw that your Junkie knight armor was ported.

Yeah, the issue is that I don't know how to port a mod for XBOX One, and I have to admit that I didn't searched how to do it...

I should definitly look at the process but didn't had the time to.

Thank you for you comment ! :)

Hi there, I tried to build the armor in bodyslide, metalplastron 1.nif failed to build, is something wrong with the bodyslide files I wonder? I tried three times to different folders and it just does not want to do it...

This is an issue people have with the bodyslide file for torso, but I really don't know how to fix it because on my side, everything works well and I can move the sliders without any issue.

I already tried to investigate, I rebuilt the files, but I'm unable to fix it. =/

Could you show me a screenshot of the issue ? Do you have the same issue with the light torso ?

hi light torso is fine. I have a screenshot but I cannot upload it here on Nexus it seems...MetalPlastron_Mk1.nif is the culprit. I can put it in the add you images section here but (user images) if you would like.

You can upload the image on Imgur, the image section is most for people who want to show some pictures of the armor rather than for bugs report ! :)

      Thank you !

I don't have an imgur account. It is basically the same error message what normally happens if there is an issue with the bodyslide.

This is how it looks like:

      The following bodyslide sets failed:

      Metalplastron_Mk1:Unable to load input nif: D\ Games\steamapps\\common\Fallout4 \data\Tools\Bodyslide\Shapedata\ Metalplastron_Mk1\Metalplastron_Mk1.nif

I copy/pasted the wrong shapedata folder lmfao.

Sorry for that, I uploaded a new version which fix it. Everything should be fine now. Thank you really much for your feedback, I have a lot of dev files for the armor, so without feedback, this is an issue that I wouldn't being able to see.

Edit: Huhh...it is still not working. Weird. Same error message, I tried three times.

I tested the file myself and it build correctly. You shouldn't get any build failure with the new version.

Make sure to uninstall the mod and remove the archive BEFORE installing the new version, and make sure to install the file with Vortex, or you will get issue. Everything works fine on my side and I can't replicate the issue you have with the current version. =/

      Hello,

I updated the mod description, I didn't known that the 000 was the load order. So I updated the description, you can find the armor by typing "Help MidWest 4".

Thank you for your comment !

A lot of BOS troops don't wear power armor. You have to be a "knight" to wear PA, and all BOS troops aren't knights, just like every medieval soldier wasn't a knight.

Do you think you could fix this and your raider armor so that they don't clip through the Pip-Boy?

This is not count as an issue. There is actually no "alternative" model that the game load to don't make armor clip through the Pip-Boy. When I did the mod, I thought that the game will load the 1st person mesh for Player to avoid clipping with Pip-Boy, but it's not the case.

So, alter the model to don't make it clip through the Pip-Boy also mean alter the models for NPCs too. I don't plan modifying it since that in my opinion, I find the clipping reasonnable. The only way I would be able to don't make it clip, would be to simple remove the arms armors. And I can't slightly sculpt the arms armor or you will get clipping with undersuit, so the best choice is to make it slightly clip with the Pip-Boy.

Awesome mod. Looks great. Love that I can wear clothing underneath it or just go for some BOS derring-do! Endorsed.
