Here’s the metal armor Mk.1 coming from the Midwest as you saw it in Fallout : Tactics!
 
Based on few concepts-arts from the game, I decided to give to this armor a second
life, by mixing Male and Female variant to make the armor you see today. The
armor is designed to be a fully integrated armor like the Combat, Raider, Metal
or Leather armor. It means that to get the full set, you must loot each part
(right leg, left leg, left arm, right arm, and torso)


The armor is fully integrated to leveled list, you will mainly find it on
Brotherhood of Steel soldiers, since they are in direct contact with their
brothers from the MidWest. But you may find it on Gunners and Raiders, but it
will be rarer. You can also buy it at an armor vendor.

If you're a clever wanderer, you can also open the console by pressing ², and type this command

Just click on “Download with Manager” and click on install! The installer will guide you in the process, and you will be able to select the body preset you want, and also the language of installation since the mod is available in French and English.


The mod is based on CBBE Curvy preset, this is the one I use, and the one on which
I modelled the armor. By using bodyslide, I built the presets for other CBBE
bodies, and Vanilla body, but I personally did not test these presets. You should
not get any clipping, but it is possible, so don’t hesitate to use
Bodyslide/Outfit studio since I provided the files.
This is my plan, I absolutely love Fallout : Tactics art style. So, I would like to
get every armors added to the Commonwealth and with a true seamless and
lore-friendly experience. 

This is the design from the concept arts, I just mixed the male and female variant
to make something that I like, and which is more “generic”. The render for male
version could be a “bit weird”, with this steel thong, but this is how the
armor is designed in concept art, so I did my best!
 
You can wear the armor with a suit, you are not forced to get bare thighs!

I played with my mod before publishing it officially here. I did
not experienced any issues with it. The main issues you will maybe spot is
related to the SCLP Vanilla values, which basically, determine if the armor must
be upscaled to fit the suit/outfit, these values are broken for Harness, Raider
leather etc. You maybe never noticed it before, but if you look at closely the
Leather armor while wearing the harness for example, you will notice that the
armor just floats over the body. It will be noticeable with my armor mod
(mostly the torso) and will stretch the metal thong.

This mod basically tweaks the SCLP values, withit, the armor will not be being upscaled and distorted like before.  But even without this mod, you should being able to enjoy my mod, I mean, you maybe play Fallout 4 since its released, and maybe this issue never annoyed you.
