Science now gives +5% damage per level to all energy weapons
Blacksmith now gives +10% damage per level to all melee and unarmed weapons
Moving Target gives its sprint boost at level 1 then the damage resistance bonuses at ranks 2 and 3
Sniper now increases the damage of non-automatic non-heavy scoped weapons by 10% per rank
Locksmith now unlocks all locks with the first rank in the set, ranks 2-4 just make lockpicking easier
Hacker now allows you to hack all terminals with the first rank, ranks 2-4 add additional guesses
Melee, Unarmed, Energy Weapons, Small Guns, and Big Guns bobbleheads now increase damage by 15% instead of critical damage
Idiot Savant is now Lucky One, the higher your luck the more often you get the bonus exp, no long based off intelligence
Increased the bonus from Barter Bobblehead and Junk Town Jerky Vendor Magazines
Astounding Tales #2 gives a 17% damage increase for scoped weapons instead of the 5% it used to
Repair bobblehead now increases Fusion Core Duration by 17% instead of 10%
Live and Love #8 now gives +8% exp when traveling with a companion instead of +5%
Live and Love #10 now increases companion damage by 11% instead of 5%
Bloody Mess increases damage by 7% at the first three ranks, instead of by 5% (total damage bonus previous 15%, after buff, 21%)
Covert Op. Manual bonus increased from 4% per rank to 6% per rank
Sneak Bobblehead bonus increase from 10% to 20%
Gun Nut, Grognack the Barbarian, and Tesla Science now give +5% damage per rank instead of +5% crit damage
Gun Nut gives +5% Ballistic damage per rank as well as unlocking new weapon mods
Removes level Requirements from all Perks
Swaps Big League and Basher
Swapped Energy Savant and Pickpocket
Renames Big Leagues to Mighty Blow and has it increase power attack damage by 40% per rank
Swaps Local Leader and Lady Killer/Black Widow
Renames Gunslinger to Ballistic Expertise, increasing damage, range, and armor pen for all ballistic weapons
Renames Riflemen to Energy Savant increasing damage, armor pen, and giving a chance to cripple limbs for all energy weapons (laser and plasma)
Renames Commando to Weapon Handling, increasing damage, hip fire accuracy, and stagger chance for all energy weapons and guns
Renames Iron Fist to Melee Mastery, increasing damage, giving a chance to disarm, adding the Sweep bonus, and VATS Crit paralyze to all melee weapons and unarmed weapons.
