UPDATE: Right so, got a new computer, so I will be back to work on this. Hopefully fixing all the issues and expanding the scope of the mod. Special thanks to Nexus users Home7 and NXCruiser for working on it and making updates.

Description: Modify the perks to reduce requirements on story perks, and enhance specialization for weapons. 

Current Changes:
Global Perk Changes:
Removes level Requirements from all Perks 

Crafting Perks:
  • Science now gives +5% damage per level to all energy weapons 
  • Blacksmith now gives +10% damage per level to all melee and unarmed weapons 
  • Gun Nut gives +5% Ballistic damage per rank as well as unlocking new weapon mods 

Weapon Perks:
  • Sniper now increases the damage of non-automatic non-heavy scoped weapons by 10% per rank 
  • Renames Gunslinger to Ballistic Expertise, increasing damage, range, and armor pen for all ballistic weapons 
  • Renames Riflemen to Energy Savant increasing damage, armor pen, and giving a chance to cripple limbs for all energy weapons 
  • Renames Commando to Weapon Handling, increasing damage, hip fire accuracy, and stagger chance for all energy weapons and guns 
  • Renames Iron Fist to Melee Mastery, increasing damage, giving a chance to disarm, adding the Sweep bonus, and VATS Crit paralyze to all melee weapons and unarmed weapons. 
  • Swaps Big League and Basher 
  • Swapped Energy Savant and Pickpocket 
  • Renames Big Leagues to Mighty Blow and has it increase power attack damage by 40% per rank 
  • Weapon Handling increases damage for all non-heavy guns by 5% per rank and increases hipfire accuracy as well as adds a chance to stagger.

Utility Perks:
  • Moving Target gives its sprint boost at level 1 then the damage resistance bonuses at ranks 2 and 3 
  • Locksmith now unlocks all locks with the first rank in the set, ranks 2-4 increase the sweet spot size by 10% per rank.
  • Hacker now allows you to hack all terminals with the first rank, ranks 2-4 add additional guesses 
  • Idiot Savant is now Lucky One, the higher your luck the more often you get the bonus exp, no long based off intelligence 
  • Bloody Mess increases damage by 7% at the first three ranks, instead of by 5% (total damage bonus previous 15%, after buff, 21%) 
  • Swaps Local Leader and Lady Killer/Black Widow 
  • Action Boy/Girl now give 25 AP per rank as well as increase the AP Regeneration
  • Life Giver now gives HP Regen at all ranks, increasing with rank.

Bobble Heads:
  • Melee, Unarmed, Energy Weapons, Small Guns, and Big Guns bobble heads now increase damage by 15% instead of critical damage 
  • Increased the bonus from Barter Bobble head
  • Repair Bobble head now increases Fusion Core Duration by 17% instead of 10% 
  • Sneak Bobble head bonus increase from 10% to 20% 

Magazine Bonuses:
  • Live and Love #8 now gives +8% exp when traveling with a companion instead of +5% 
  • Live and Love #10 now increases companion damage by 11% instead of 5% 
  • Covert Op. Manual bonus increased from 4% per rank to 6% per rank 
  • Junk Town Jerky Vendor Magazines bonus increased from 2% to 3% per magazine 
  • Guns and Bullets, Grognack the Barbarian, and Tesla Science now give +5% damage per rank instead of +5% crit damage
  • Astounding Tales #2 gives a 17% damage increase for scoped weapons instead of 5%
