As simple as it is on the box. Just an alternate firing sound for the Anti-Materiel Rifle made by the Fallout 4: New Vegas Team. All credit for the weapon itself goes to them, I've just made a new firing sound for it.
Here's a shot, 30 second video displaying the sounds. Be mindful of your volume, it's quite loud; this is a .50 calibre rifle, after all.
The original sound is perfectly fine, but I just wanted something that was much more bass-heavy and meaty rather than a loud crackle.
This is a personal mod so it won't be changing.
