Though it does not make that much sense for rifles to do more damage. Sure Barrel changes, that makes sense but adding a stock to a gun does not Change how powerful it´s round is.
Accuracy makes sense. After all you can better hold the weapon. Recoil as well. Range makes no sense I agree, though you could consider that range is based on your accuracy.
I use this mod with your Power Armor Rebalance on hard difficulty and like it, but I have question. Can you make a version of this mod thats only pushes the explosiv/laser/plasma weapons damage and untouch or slightly increase the stats of projectile weaopons? I think the explosiv/laser/plasma weapons are the biggest danger for a Power Armor and not the projectile weapons. 38 caliber should only tickle in a PA.^^ I think the projectile weapons like the pipe rifle are a little bit overpowered now against most of the enemys. Just an idea^^.
I play on survival difficulty, and most raider´s armed with pipe rifles do nearly 0 damage. Though I could make a version that increases energy+explosive damage even more. I personaly prefer ballistic weapons over energy weapons.
I don´t remember the actual numbers right now, but .38 and 10mm weapons got around 1 30-40% buff. .50 got buff around 100%. The other ballistic weapons somewhere in between.
The Gauss rifle got 100% too.
All Laser weapons got about 50% bonus to damage. Plasma got 100%. The fat-man got a massive buff,around 250% and the missile launcher about 150% most of the damage of though only through direct impact.
Grenades and melee weapons got buffed by about 100%
Automatic Receivers increase weigt twice as much as in vanilla, and remove half as much damage as before.
Missile Launcher mods are a lot lighter, and the launcher does alot more Impact damage and a bit more aoe damage
The fat-man is a Monster. It has massivly boosted Explosion damage and can kill you even in power armor pretty quickly (at least when playing survivial)
Grenades do about 50%-100% more damage.
The broadsider does twice as much.
Flamethrower now does horrendous ammounts of damage, both energy and ballistic
Reduced ammo capacity for most weapons.
All in all, every gun in the game got buffed. Automatic receivers and now worth a damm to
