Both Skyrim and Fallout suffer from overhype of FRIK. I'm not sure how seeing jiggling legs moving beneath you increases immersion, it looks silly in nearly all situations. Great mod, dont downplay it
ФРИК это глючный отстой! Ваш мод очень нужен, но БЕЗ ФРИК! Единственная проблема- именно при входе в силовую броню ОЧЕНЬ сильно увеличивается рост! Без силовой брони все ок! Шлем Квест3, я играю сидя, и использую регулятор высоты в окулус квест в самом меню шлема. Но проблем без силовой брони нет! Именно при входе в силовую броню я становлюсь великаном!!!А за мод вам большое спасибо , вы лучший!
I dont want to use FRIK, but i want smoothing indoors and outdoors. is there anyway to use the smoothing portion from FRIK, and not use any of the other FRIL features?
also, I am not sure why it says "Do Not Use This Mod, Use FRIK Instead"? I think this mod is a very important to have in any modlist that doesn't use FRIK. Once FRIK becomes more stable, that statement might make more sense, but some people still might not want to use FRIK. just my opinion, great work on the mod
+1 it would be great to keep this alive :) I am using FRIK however so far is causing lots of issue with many basics texture mods even, and I do not think default is bad anyway exception done of course of the lack of smoothing.
Agree, looking for a way myself. Tried FRIK last night and it is so buggy and janky, the setup required to fix every gun position in my inventory is not worth the time. Add on top of that it breaks save files if you forget to reposition your body while in the Pip-Boy and it's a mod I recommend most people stay away from.
Going to add my vote that you start supporting this again if you can, as it remains very useful! In the current version it does not seem to work in interiors (or, at least, not all of them). I've been waiting ages to do a power-armor playthrough in VR, and there is no way I'll be able to use FRIK for that as there are massive PA issues. Without something like this mod, however, it's almost impossible to play the VR version at all... So, as others have mentioned, there is actually a perfectly valid need for this mod.
Yup, FRIK sucks. Too many bugs, weird feet movement that looks like you're constantly kicking your feet out in front of you and at one point, my body was so warped that I looked like some freakish alien. I much more prefer your mod over it.
Sir, I am using your mod + idle hands over FRIK. And do you know why? Cause I'm tired of glitched body, bugs, CTDs and Power Armor bugs. I don't think you and Idle Hands guy should just abandon your projects. I see a lot of comments from people who decide to ditch FRIK and go back to Idle Hands due to stability issues and bugs. So please if you have a chance, do work on updates for Smooth Movements. Meanwhile I'm installing it + idle hands.
