equipitem <id item> and select npc
<npc id>.equipitem <id item>
if you want replace the codes that have change , the password is "filecreatobytheJOKER6479hero"
if you don't have the dlc you can use the cheat codes that not are for dlc

file without password in file extension .ods .xls .xml
