Thanks for your guidance! I downloaded that mod per your instruction. I still dont see it. I must be doing something wrong. Since this is a blueprint, do I need to do anything special with it other than use MO2? Thanks!
I think maybe I got it. I had to use Transfer Settlements. Doesnt look complete yet, but some directions say to give it some time. This was my first time doing this. Thanks!
Haha I sure noticed some familiar content in there. Did you know I have a mini CC extension pack for the VR Desert Island stuff too? It's not at all on the level of Noir Penthouse Workshop or Neon Flats Workshop but it does add a few additional things that you might find useful. This build looks awesome and its really making me want to build something like this.

I always love seeing the diverse and creative ways people use our content in settlement blueprints. It's one of the most satisfying parts of being a mod author. :)

I installed all the requirements, but Blueprint shows I still missing a lot of mods, cctosfo4002-neonflatsesm, cceejfo4002-nuka, Noirpenthouseworkshop.esp(I already own Nior Penthouse mod from CC), rbi-pack.esp, Morevalutroom.esp, and so on....
After import, I think there's almost done except some interior walls.
Anything that starts with cc is Creation Club content. cctosfo4002-neonflats.esm is the Neon Flats CC pack, the nuka one is the Nuka Cola Workshop CC pack.
Noirpenthouseworkshop.esp is a mod that utilizes the content from Noir Penthouse Creation Club and makes it workshop buildable. So a lot of the walls used in this are from the Noir Penthouse Workshop mod instead of the Creation Club pack its based on. There's also a similar mod that extends the workshop content for Neon Flats Creation Club. If you extend the Requirements dropdown on the description page it has a link for the Noir Penthouse Workshop. The coffee table with the blue neon is either from the Neon Flats CC pack or the Neon Flats Workshop mod. Any other mods you missed should be in that list too.
