   Is this supposed to be built at Abernathy Farm or can it be built anywhere?

      it's recommended that you use Abernathy farm

   It's a real shame there aren't any settlement locations that are more suitable for building "underground". Someone shoud make a settlement location that is one big pit that you can build in and cover over so that it looks mostly like flat land. Tried creating something like that myself, it didn't go great.
