Does the item currently restore Limb Conditions? As I currently have the no healing limbs mod installed and I am looking for a mod that removes the limb regen from stimpacks and gives the first aid kid that singular effect.
I dont think you would want that because stimpaks are located in game in some tight spaces therefore a big first aid kit would look ridiculous as replacements for the stimpaks. I will make another version of First Aid Kits that is more complex.
Or nerfing stimpaks so you can have the need to craft first aids but I don't like the idea of forcing people to craft them although it is their choice to download this mod.
Ohhh. This gave me another idea for a STALKER type mod. Ever play that?
3 different versions: Medkit (Orange) - More Health Than Stimpak Scientific Medkit (Yellow) - More Health than Stimpak, Removes Rads, Applies Rad-X Army Medkit (Blue) - More Health than Medkit/Scientific, plus some HP Immediately

Nah, that's okay. I'm in the final stages of making my own. It's a total overhaul based on your concept, they are nothing alike. Made my own custom meshes/textures, etc. Stats and build requirements totally different.
Still pointed people at your mod though, if they want something lore-friendly.

Have two items. Have a First Aid Kit, and an Empty First Aid Kit. Every time you use a First Aid Kit, you'd get an Empty First Aid Kit in your inventory (you could take a look at Nuka Cola for the code, every time you drink one, you get a bottlecap).
The Empty First Aid Kit would require 1 Bandage Scissors, 1 Surgical Scalpel, 1 Surgical Tray and 6 plastic to craft.
The First Aid Kit would require an Empty First Aid Kit, and every other needed material to craft, which I leave at your discretion to determine (cloth, antiseptic, blood pack, etc.)
I think it should have effects that are powerful enough to prefer a First Aid Kit over using Stimpaks and RadAways in certain situations, but require enough materials so they couldn't be crafted in bulk.
If you want to spice up things, have a Field Medic Kit as well (there is one other first aid kit model out and about in the vanilla game you could use for it), which heals, cures rads, and gives you resistances, but requires more materials to craft, and also uses the previous kit/contents system.
This is a great idea, I will definitely add the feature of getting an empty one after usage and you will be a bit able to craft an empty one with plastic and steel and these are more useful than stimpaks.
(this is only a suggestion) If not or even if your first aid kit does it, maybe you could do something like a doctor's bag for healing limbs and only for limbs, because i dont think that a first aid kits as what it take to heal limbs. Even using a stimpack is bumb to heal limbs, i mean you shot yourself with a syringe and you limbs heal, seriously !? Of course there is no model for a doctor bag it, so it would be up to you to take a thing in the game that look like a bag like you did for the first aid kit
Sooo... why would i use this over stimpacks that do the same thing and are already in the game? I could understand if it was a stimpack, radaway and maybe a rad-x in one package; but at it is now, i confess that i fail to see the point. Especially at such a high weight.

Can you update the version number on nexus itself... in the NMM it shows version '2' but the site says 1...
