If you have cool idea for new perk to add - feel free to share! But not in here. I've made forum topic for that for maximum convenience. It's in the next tab after Posts. If I'll like you idea and if my skill will be enough to implement it - I'll most likely make it happen.
Once again, if this mod is not working for you, make sure you've read the "Important information" section in the Description. And also this mod requires LevelUpMenuEx. And LevelUpMenuEx requires F4SE. So you need F4SE.
And since one of the master mods requires F4SE, this one will not be available on consoles.
Make sure that you check which of the sorting icons are active in the Be Exceptional Perk window. Life Giver might be there but unavailable to you due to some Perk requirement.
Are you still working on this? I noticed that your Perks Pack doesn't seem to utilize Icon .swf files. That would make it exceedingly difficult for anyone who's interested to make drop-in-replacement animated icons for your pack, should they choose so...
There's a Scout perk listed in xEdit, that seems to be unused? I haven't seen it in any of my playthroughs. Is it only available in survival mode or something?
Any chance of this mod getting updated? According to a lot of the comments here, most of the Perks glitch the game.
Also, I'm mostly interested in adding the Survival Skill, maybe release a version of the mod that just adds that into Be Exceptional? I'd do it myself in FO4Edit, but I don't even know where to begin with something like that.
Edit: Ended up spending days messing around with FO4Edit to get all these Skill/Perk mods customed to my liking. I simply removed the Perks that I heard were unstabled (Mix It!, and the "Close and Personal" Perks, mostly because Sneak Attacks are nerfed in my game and those Perks would make melee busted). So far, the rest of the Perks seem to work. The survival skill works too, but I don't think any recipes are locked behind it, and I don't know how much of an impact it makes with Better Locational Damage installed.
Sorry for asking this here but I wasn't sure if this was a bug or not but I got the pyromaniac perk for the shishkebab and was checking to see the difference in damage and when I did the damage stayed the same numerically so I hit some people with the perk and without to check and it looked like the damage might have gone up but just could been a coincidence but I figured I would check if the damage is supposed to gone up.
due to the way guns work in fallout (being hit scan) and Bethesda deciding timed block was a good idea unless you add a mod that removes hit scan from weapons even then good luck actually blocking a bullet ( at least until someone fixes that bloody annoying timed block to be hold to block) lightning reflexes just doesn't do anything at least not for ballistic weapons i think you can still block energy weapons
Military stimpack from "Mix it" perk seems broken. It shows wrong animation, can't be activated in third person, and instead of slowing time, it makes everything else around you much faster for the entirety of its duration.
